IF THE LICENSE CODE IS LOST, DELETED OR FAILS, THE ONLY RECOURSE IS TO PURCHASE A USB HARDWARE KEY FOR $59 THAT CORRESPONDS TO THE SAME SERIAL NUMBER YOU WERE ORIGINALLY ASSIGNED. A SECOND LICENSE CODE WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
NOTE: USB Key vs License Code. It is recommended that a USB hardware key be used instead of a License Code so that the physical USB hardware key is portable between many computers. This makes it easy to move the protection from one computer to another allowing the same software to run on many computers. Otherwise a License Code (password protection method) will be issued which is tied to the motherboard on the PC you install into. The License Code cannot be moved to another PC.
To request a quote or make a purchase please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org listing your company name, personal name, phone and e-mail address along with the names of the products and quantities you wish to be quoted. If there is a discrepancy in the items being requested, we will contact you and revise the quote if needed with the proper items and prices. Once the quote is finalized, a Proforma Invoice will be sent with payment and order forms plus shipping choices.

Technical support questions for first time users will be limited to two inital questions. CONTINUED E-MAIL SUPPORT IS OFFERED on a pay-as-you-go, as needed basis by subscribing to a service contract of 4 hour time blocks for $387. Unused service is held in a retainer.
